About Tristan Walker:

I took an aerospace undergrad degree and then a master's of sustainable energy at Carleton University. I just wrapped up two years with the Town and MD of Pincher Creek doing energy management. I am now working as a consultant supporting communities and organizations in leveraging the energy transition for their benefit. My focus is on supporting society in building an affordable, clean, and resilient energy future.

About his team’s pitch:

Our unique solution is smart bidirectional communication between loads and generators in remote off-grid communities in order to optimize generator efficiencies, which reduce diesel consumption, therefore lowering emissions and costs.
